Elliot at 9 Months:
One Tooth McGee!
Sleeping like it's her job
Eating Machine: Oh, by the way, all this stuff on the ground...that's for eating too, right?
Matrix-like standing without the support of furniture for up to 3 seconds: Check!
Waving "Hi" while saying "Heeeey!" to everything. This counts as talking, yes?
Likes: Grass, (as seen above, Elliot has overcome her irrational fear of grass & now enjoys not only sitting in it, but crawling across it & attempting to shove fistfuls of it in her face when she thinks her mother is not watching), nonsensical sign language, animals that do not run away from her, her little big cousin, Miles, tilting her head to the side and laying her head down in order to get a chorus of "awwww..." from everyone watching, posing for selfies (it's true, this kid totally gets the flipped camera function already), danger, book hoarding, door stoppers, going on the swings & her trusty taxidermy fox butler.
Dislikes: Moms who be all like "what is that in your mouth?!", not being able to reach stuff, not being able to destroy things/harm self, not being held when destroying things/harming self is being prohibited (i.e. being put in a safe zone/baby prison) & broccoli.
