Elliot at 10 Months:
TWO TEETH.
Sleep is fun, but I guess so is 5 am snuggle time again, right? Sigh.
Eating what the grown ups are eating & even holding a cup like a big kid sometimes.
Standing without the support of furniture like it's no big deal for up to 30-40 seconds, but still not a pedestrian just yet!
Words we are fairly certain she is communicating on purpose: "heeeeey & hi!" =definite... "mama, dada & kiki (for kitty, kitty)!" = debatable.
Likes: dancing, drumming on her pots & bowls drum kit...it's a 4 piece, drummer face, being read to, turning book pages with such authority, kissing on the lips (without slobber sometimes even!), kissing her favorite stuffed bear (Barnsie, a Barnes & Noble collectible bear, of course!), kissing the moon in one of her storybooks (every time...the cute is unbearable), pointing on purpose, tongue-twisting babble like a bird, shopping, dining on outdoor patios, scaling rock walls, afternoon picnics in the grass, waving at everyone, playing with any big kids who will give her the time of day, the backward rag doll flop & easter baskets.
Dislikes: fevers, thermometers & medicine. (ain't nobody got time for that.)
